Built in 1920, during Detroit's previous boom period, the original builders spared no expense on detail that makes this building so unique. The Barbara recently underwent an incredible upgrade after years of neglect. Every unit has been updated with new appliances, modern hardwood kitchen shelving, and polished concrete floors all while maintaining its historic charm.
